We all knows what it feels like to be bypassed. Doesn't it just hurt when you've been in the same company for so many years, worked a hundred overtimes or more just to cope with your deadlines, pleased so many customers with your dedication, and you've helped the company reach the level of success it's enjoyed thus far by your hard work.
